Waiting For AI Privacy Policy

Waiting For AI is an offline menu bar game collection. The app does not require an account, does not show ads, and does not connect to Saither servers during normal use. We do not collect, sell, or share personal information through the app.

Summary

  • No account or sign-in is required.
  • No analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking SDKs are included.
  • No gameplay data is transmitted to Saither Labs or any other party.
  • All three games run entirely on your Mac.

Information stored on your Mac

Waiting For AI may store small preferences and game records locally on your device using macOS standard storage (UserDefaults). This can include:

  • Sound effects on/off preference.
  • Minesweeper difficulty selection.
  • Local win and game-play counts for each game.
  • Whether Launch at Login is enabled for the app.

This information stays on your Mac. It is not uploaded to Saither Labs and is not linked to an identity profile on our systems because the app does not send it to us.

Information we do not collect

Through Waiting For AI itself, Saither Labs does not collect:

  • Name, email address, or contact details.
  • Device identifiers for tracking or advertising.
  • Location data.
  • Photos, files, microphone input, screen recordings, or accessibility data.
  • Payment information. Purchases made through the Mac App Store are handled by Apple.

Network access

Waiting For AI is designed to work without network access. The app does not open network connections for gameplay, analytics, licensing, or updates. Any future version that adds online features will update this policy before those features ship.

Mac App Store purchases

If you buy or download Waiting For AI from the Mac App Store, Apple processes the transaction and may collect information according to Apple's privacy policy. Saither Labs does not receive your payment card details from Apple.

If you email [email protected] about Waiting For AI, we receive only the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message content, and any attachments. We use that information only to respond to your request.

Children

Waiting For AI is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the app changes. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before or when they take effect.
