Saither apps are sold as signed, notarized DMGs for Apple Silicon Macs. Most setup questions are covered below. For anything else, email [email protected] or use the feedback form.
Install and activate
Download the DMG, open the app, start the trial, and paste your license key.

Purchases and refunds
Direct purchases on saither.com are processed by Polar. You receive a license key by email after checkout. If checkout succeeded but no key arrived, check spam first, then contact support with your purchase email.
Mac App Store purchases follow Apple billing and refund policies. The Waiting For AI Mac App Store build does not use Saither license keys.
